Plasma, oxygen, laser and waterjet cutting of HARDOX sheet steel is as easy as cutting conventional structural steel. For shaped cutting of complex parts, we use modern CNC machines, which ensure precise following of the given contour and compliance with the specified parameters.

Thermal cutting of thick HARDOX steel sheets requires special attention. In the case of hard and thick sheets, there is always a risk of cracking along the cut edge. By following recommendations and technological instructions, cracking along the cut edge and loss of hardness of parts can be prevented.

Laser cutting will allow you to process sheet steel up to 16mm thick. with high quality comparable to machining and minimal heat affected zone.
